LC 241 is a two-component injection foam used for cavity filling, to isolate air and mash-gas intervention.
Features
● It requires a special grouting pump and a mixing shot, two components (resin, catalyst) to 4:1 or 2:1 volume ratio of the mixture after rapid reaction to produce foam, and then the product will rapidly expand to 20-30 times the original volume. After expansion,the force charged LC241hardens in a few minutes. Its rapid response, high expansion rate and good overall bearing capacity provide an economic, fast and safe solution for cavity filling. With its outstanding anti-static properties and high fire rating,LC 241 is also suitable for the prevention and control of mine fires and the sealing of underground heat sources.

● The viscosity and density are tested at 20°C.
● Flash(ing) point: Resin / Catalyst>100℃
