Yichun Phosphate Mine Water Blocking Project
Water inflow occurred at the TBM working face on March 21, 2022, with a volume of approximately 200 cubic meters/hour. Since the TBM cutter head and the tunnel face are closely connected, it is difficult to accurately determine the specific location of the water. There is no drilling operation space in front of the cutter head, so it must be retreated to a position 9 meters away from the working surface for drilling and grouting to block water. At the same time, in order to prevent the materials injected during the grouting process from influxing into the tunnel, silicate foam materials need to be injected between the TBM shield and the surrounding rock to protect the shield. A total of 1.5 tons of foam material was injected to completely protect the shield. Inject 4 tons of water blocking materials. Completely block the working surface water.
Liangshan Tunnel Filling and Reinforcement Project
In the on-site situation, the water spray on the working surface was large and scattered (as shown in the figure), and the water inflow in the entire tunnel reached about 2,000 cubic meters per day. The lithology of the surrounding rock is sandy mudstone and is severely weathered. After being soaked in water, it becomes looser and its strength is greatly reduced.
