The material reacts immediately with water and expands rapidly in volume.
Features
● Fast solidified, foaming, curing in reaction with water, and reaction time can be adjusted against to additive amount of catalyst, runs in 10-20 seconds;
● Excellent hydrophobic properties, high chemical stability;
● High strength, the maximum compressive strength can reach 20MPa when the foaming ratio is small, the compressive strength can reach 100kPa when the foaming is 30 times;
● Large penetration radius;
● After the reaction with water, a great expansion pressure is generated, which promotes the slurry to spread to the depth of the fissure and forms a tough consolidated body

Note: The reaction time depends not only on the temperature of the surrounding rock, but also on the temperature of the product. At the same time, the reaction time is different under the condition of different catalyst dosage. For details, see Table 3: Under the condition that the temperature is 25ºC and the amount of water added is 5% of the mass of the main agent, the reaction effect of different catalyst added amounts is shown.
Application
● To prevent large water ingress and emergency water leakage on the working face In the process of metro TBM tunneling;
● Leakage plugging in geological survey, emergency water plugging in oil exploitation and water inrush in mine production process;
● To avoid large water ingress in the segment lining and 2nd lining;
● Emergency waterproof in case of shaft excavation, diagram wall building, and crack of concrete bottom plate.
