Liangshan Tunnel Filling and Reinforcement Project
PROJECT SUMMARY
In the on-site situation, the water spray on the working surface was large and scattered (as shown in the figure), and the water inflow in the entire tunnel reached about 2,000 cubic meters per day. The lithology of the surrounding rock is sandy mudstone and is severely weathered. After being soaked in water, it becomes looser and its strength is greatly reduced.

Case Details
In the on-site situation, the water spray on the working surface was large and scattered (as shown in the figure), and the water inflow in the entire tunnel reached about 2,000 cubic meters per day. The lithology of the surrounding rock is sandy mudstone and is severely weathered. After being soaked in water, it becomes looser and its strength is greatly reduced.
The project uses two-component polyurethane reinforcement materials and silicate-modified polyurethane foam materials for filling, reinforcement and repair, successfully solving the problems of tunnel collapse and deformation.
